95 Explorer outside mirrors don't work.

My 1995 Ford Explorer's power outside mirrors stopped working last year. I bought a new switch, but that did not solve the problem. the fuse is good and I have tested for power at the switch and there does not appear to be any ... so my guess is a master fuse or relay ... any guidance?

Welcome to this forum! I've renamed, and moved your thread to the stock 95-01 section. Follow the color codes, and check the wiring between the door, and the frame of the vehicle. Sometimes the wires break in the door jam area.
