95 explorer xlt alarm

what's up all, i own a 95 exp. xlt and my remote alarm doesn't work. i changed the battery on the remote, that didn't make a difference, i check too see if there was any loose wiring under the hood. can someone give me information on this problem. all information will be very appreciated.:exp:

sit in the car turn the ignition on & off 5 times
then as fast as you can hit the open button till the locks go on& off
then hit the lock button until the lock go on & off

sounds like ur remote got unprogramed

If it is just the door lock and unlock the box on mine is located on the drivers side right by my left foot. when it stops working i give it a kick and it works again. I have to do it about 3 time a year.
