'95 Factory CD Changer replacement

The factory changer in my dad's '95 xlt with the JBL system has given up. Are there any aftermarket replacements that connect to the factory plug and can be controlled by the factory HU?

You need an adaptor, go to best buy or some place that sells car audio and ask for an adaptor for your truck to fit any common head unit. Or you could probably go to ford for a factory reconditioned OEM piece...
