I have a 95 Ford Ranger XLT 2.3L Manual Transmission 198,000 miles. This truck has been great for me. Given to me when my old car's engine blew, by my father who bought it brand new. Little to nothing has had to be replaced on it. However, about 3 weeks ago, I started it to head out but my shifter would not shift into any gear. Noticed clutch fluid was low so I filled it back up. I figured I needed to bleed it so I pumped the clutch for a few minutes and it finally shifted. The next day, same problem. So now any time I have to head out, I have to pump the clutch for 5 minutes or so till the shifter finally gives. This is my first vehicle with a manual transmisson so I dont realy know alot about them. Any ideas?
