95 Ranger chassis electrical schematic

Hi everybody. Looking for some help on getting my blower motor going again. I have checked the motor itself and replaced the motor resistor as it was corroded bad but still unable to get anything going. Wires on the resistor all ring out but I get no voltage at the motor connector. I have a Haynes manual but it doesn't show the schematic of the body/chassis for the 95 Ranger - at least not the blower motor portion. I am wondering if there is a relay somewhere that has an issue.... Thanks in advance for any information.

Fuse #6 in the distribution box, engine compartment, DS rear.
Fuse #2 in the dash fuse panel.
Blower Motor Relay in Relay Box #2, engine compartment, PS front .
