95 Ranger Spare Tire Winch

Does anyone know if it is possible to find a spare tire winch that will work on my 95 Ranger? It's going to be difficult with my impairments to use the stock one. I can do it now, I just put my spare back in place, but in the yard with all the tools I need is not the same as having to do it on the road or elsewhere.
Been looking but can't find if the 95s had one available as the newer models seem to. Thanks for suggestions.

I've looked into this because i have bursitis in my right shoulder.

I figured on getting a 12 volt impact wrench to do the winch and the wheel nuts and probably the jack too.

You can also get kits with an electric winch and an electric jack.

The other idea I had was to use an old 9V Makita cordless drill rigged up to the car's power.
