95 to 01 door interchange

Just back to the forum. Sold my 99 a couple of years ago and just bought a 01 Sport. Girl slipped on the ice and went through a fence. It tore up the door the mirror and running board. I am wanting to replace the passenger door. Do all doors interchange from 1995 to 2001 or 2004? Paint is not in the budget now so I want to find a black door to bolt on.

your best bet would be to go onto wikipedia and see what generation yours fall into and it will give the years. Then just head out to the junkyard or craigslist and im sure you can find one for the sport

i believe they should interchange, as 95-01 are all Gen II's

All sport doors are the same shape from '91- '04 (or whenever they stopped making them). The difference will be in the tupperware stuck on the side of them in '01+ and the wiring. For a direct, no muss, no fuss, swap... find an '01+ door.


If you live anywhere near me, I have a pair of black '01 sport doors that could use a new home.

The car coming at him zigged, he zagged... Right off the edge of the road, down about 20 feet, and into a tree. Snapped the steering knuckle in half, stuffed the tire into floorboard, and didnt pop the airbags.
