All,

I was wondering if anyone has been able to find a source for the 95 to 97 keyways? So far after extensive searching online and going to local dealer, I have come up with nothing.

Just to refresh wveryone, these are the ones that have the Kevlar patch bonded to the keyway itself. I attached a photo of how mine looks currently. The popping noises are driving me nuts.

Any ideas?

Sorry posted from iPhone, pic is upside down for some reason.

Thats what I was thinking, :( poor girl needs some TLC upfront, lol.

One suggestion is to spray some lanolin or fish oil on your underside to stop the rust.
We don't salt the roads here but we do drive on the beach and it keeps the underside rust free.

Would you be able to find a source of Kevlar not usually used for car parts?
You could bond it on with polyurethane.
I's be inclined to try a chunk of polyurethane shore A 95-100 with moly or Teflon lube.
