Hey again,
Thanks again for the advice thus far in ironing out some problems on a used 95' I picked up. Here's one more...I hope.
The compass on the 95' XLT is dead
. It never worked when I bought it. It's completely blank and will not respond to the "mode" button. I'm not sure how intricate this component is, or if a sure fix would be just to replace it with another, but I'd be curious to any of the trials some of you have experienced with these before I just go out searching for a replacement compass/temp gauge. I'm fairly good with older corvettes but I'm a little inexperienced with this particular type of component and any of it's periphials that might manage it, which inadvertantly might cause the gauge to go blank (?).
