I have a 96 all wheel drive 5.0. With a little over 200,000 miles. Recently the check engine light came on with a p1450 code. The code just recently came up, but I have noticed the fuel filler cap pulling in vacuum every so often when the vehicle is sitting and idling, it makes a nice farty gurgling noise, I would say it does this more when the tank is lower on fuel. Also if I remove the filler cap when the vehicle is running and the tank is lower on fuel it will pull in vacuum and cause the engine idle to drop for a couple seconds. The truck also long cranks when it is driven and warmed up and then shut off and allowed to sit for a while. It will crank for a few seconds and start a little hard. It always starts though. If it's allowed to sit and completely cool off it will start just fine, or if it is started not long after it was shut off it will start fine then also. Not sure if all these symptoms are related or not but just looking for advice and input on things to check. These symptoms have all been happening for a while, but the code has just recently came up. I cleared it and then it came back on within a couple days while driving down the highway both times.
