Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

Once out of park it does not go into any gear, forward or reverse. No grinding or any weird noises. Checked fluid and level is OK, and it doesn't smell burnt.

Was driving and then the engine raced and that was it.

Got a warning about a month ago- the engine raced, but did go in gear. But didn't happen since.

Trans was rebuilt a year ago by Level 10, have 38K miles on it now.

Any suggestions ? I'm thinking valvebody problems ?

Thanks,

Kurt

Over the weekend started it and it ran normal, shifted fine.

I don't trust it though!

Any ideas from anyone ?

Could the ECU be on the fritz ? How could I check ? Valve body solenoids acting up ?

Thanks,

Kurt

check your MLP or TRS

Flush ATF

I had the same problem last week. I drained and flushed ATF, and it looked like it hadn't been done for years. It ran immediately, though still rough when starting from a dead stop. I plan to reflush the system and replace the filter again next week. Also planning on changing vacuum modulator at the same time.
