96 Explorer Rough Idle

So I have a 96 Explorer Sport 2DR 4.0 4WD Automatic that runs rough only after I have been running it for a while. When I go out in the morning to start it, it starts and runs fine. If I drive it for maybe half an hour, park it, then come back out and start it while it is still warm, it idles very rough then goes away once I drive it. Any ideas?

Mine used to do that once in awhile. When is the last time you put in spark plugs? I never did seem to find out why then I had other issues and swapped the engine. I am curious too. I hope someone has an answer.
