when I changed my IAC valve it solved this condition

Will definitely look into that just looking for as many suggestions as I can right now truck don't even have 100k on it grandma never took care of it though and I just want it to run smooth thanks for the info though.

Check for a vaccuum leak arount the intake spray carb cleaner around it. Check the vacuum hoses 6 major ones going to the intake. Make sure that the hoses coming from the PCV valve are not cracked where they come around from behind the intake.

Going to check that to it's weird though check engine light just came back on and the error came up as an o2 sensor could that cause what I saids happening

what was the code?

A bad O2 sensor can cause all kinds of problems. We need to know the code number to help you diagnose it properly though

Don't know the exact error code haven't had a chance to go to auto zone again I know it was something about bank 1 was and a high current
