96 loosing oil pressure + lifter noise

I have constant lifter noise and Fluctuation in oil pressure

I figured it's the oil pump and then somebody told it could be the bearings.

So I figured I would consult with the Explorer experts here!

pressure should be 40 - 60 psi at 2000 rpms. what is it??

how long since last oil and filter change??

it could be either of the things you mentioned.

I just changed the oil tha's the problem I'm loosing oil but it's not dripping on the driveway. So I never check the oil level. first thing I did was check the plug and filter. I seen some oil down there so I pressure washed it and haven't seen any signs of leakage.
I figure out where it's going unless it only leaks when I'm driving
