96' Sport with a bad transmission.

Hello everybody. Great website. I am new here but am excited to have signed up. I had a great 93' sport that I wrecked and insurance helped pay for an awesome 96 sport. I replaced the motor and a few months later the tranny went out. I bought an 01' sport which is not as good as the 93 or 96 was, but it runs good. Any suggestions will be highly appreciated. Thank you for reading.

Thanks, The tranny will need to be rebuilt or replaced it had been slipping along time and I squeezed as many miles out of it that I could. After what I overspent on the motor I could not do anything for the tranny. I bought an 01' with credit and want to get rid of the 96' I have never been stuck with a vechicle that does not drive and was looking for advice on the best way to dispose of it , scrap yard? E-bay motors? the sale thread here? part it out?
