Exactly. Windshield replacement is best let to the professionals. By the time you buy the tools & glue you need plus a windshield you will have spent just as much as having it replaced.

yes, call a shop to do it. i used to do windshields when i was a body man, and it is something that you should not try if you have never done it. a windshield if you can beleive it is a structure part of a vehichle that helps the roof from not collapsing if you are ever in a roll over, it also helps the airbags if they ever deploy (if it is not installed properly, the airbags can push a windshield out of the truck). also, if you don't to it correctly, they will leak any time you wash it, or it rains.
