96 xlt rear lift

Newbie:
1. When you install add-a-leaf springs do you need to also install extended schackles (u-bolts correct)?
2. What is the differnce between Q. 1 and moving the leaf springs from bottom to the top?
3. Would you do tortion twist & rear lift before or after you buy 31x10.5/15?
As of right now xlt is stock.

when you add a leaf you do not nesiceraly have to add shackles
doing the spring over axel is a little more involved and gives 4-5 inches of lift
you should do the tt and rear the same time so you are not driving around all jacked up on little tires
