Well since we got this around 3 years ago its had a cracked manifold. Didnt bother with it since it went away once it warmed up but in the last year or more its gotten to the point that it wont go away. Anyways my dad bought a nice little F-150 so I kinda took over the Ex since the T-5 in my 85 GT is missing the whole bottom row of gears 
. I want to fix it cause it drives me crazy but I dont know whats best to do. I really want some Torque Monster headers but I can NOT spend $800 on a set of headers (the Explorer cost $300 :scratch
. Can I have mine welded up? How about running a Mustang header? Or should I go with a different header setup?
I would like to also be able to gain a lil MPG/Power with these but again i'm not gonna drop a bunch in it I just want it quite again.
