Yes I Have Three Questions....

1. My Front Drive Shaft Cv Type Joint Went Out So I Removed The Drive Shaft To Get It Home.. Will This Harm The T-case In Any Way????

2. Can Someone Direct Me To A How To Or The Info On How To Change This Drive Shaft To A Regular Two U-joint Type Of Shaft....

3. Is There A Way To Change The Front Axle To A Lock In Lock Out Type???

I have a driveshaft for sale that I might fit your Explorer. Measure your driveshaft and take a look at this thread:

Your t-case should be fine running it without the driveshaft

No, there is no way of puting selectable hubs on 95-current Explorers.

The only way to disengage the front axle is to put a BW4406 T-Case in your Explorer.

With the front driveshaft out of an V8 MAKE SURE TO SET YOUR PARKING BRAKE! Without the front shaft the truck will slowly roll (extremely slow, hard to see) if left parked on a incline. I found this out the hard way after I left mine parked in a driveway and found it 150' away an hour later in the grass still slowly rolling towards the woods. ;

came out to go to work a morning or two ago and found my EXP. against my wifes car!!!!
