Well thanks to those who responded to my post 
We checked the crank sensor it was fine.I'm no expert so I finally I got a hold of a guy who's pretty sharp.He came over.He was really perplexed as to why my fuel pump would continue to run while the key was in the half turned on position along with no spark.So he called over someone with the same vehicle that he knows. We changed out brain boxes and wulahhhh! It started and my fuel pump only cycled a second or two like it was supposed to.
