Hello everybody.....Im new here .....and i really need help

I get the horrible shake after I hit 67 mph.

i have already changed the whole front suspension with moog parts

new rotors front and back and bearings

new shocks all the way around

new u joints

new tires and rims.....alignment and balanced

Im running out of ideas of what else it can be. Probable causes that i still havent tried are replacing the rack & pinion (since my steering is so soft i can move it with a finger)
When I brake smoothly i feel as if my rotors were warped but already replaced and is still doing the little stop and go feeling.......my parking brakes are new and parking brakes dont work .....so this will be my second option after the rack & Pinion .

any ideas that can help me?

Ohhh almost forgot ....just noticed a weird pattern in one of the rear tires the same patter that you get when tire is out of balance or shocks are bad

control arm bushings?

I changed all those and noyhing and i have no front axles just the rear differential its a
2wd

Could be tranny mounts, or engine mounts if you didn't replace those.

Verify the tires are good. Mine has new tires and shakes at 70mph. They are balanced and in great shape, but not round.

And check the 5th shock. I've heard if it's completely shot it can cause problems.

Thanks Ponkotsu the 5th shock....I havent thought of that.
1992fordgreen I already replaced all the mounts.

It shakes even in neutral going down Hill (its a manual)....maybe that fifth shock that is supposed to dampen the movement in the differential

My bet would be a bad tire or wheel. What brand are they? Seems like the Explorer is prone to vibration from small issues.

yeh, i would be leaning towards the tire also.
vibrate up front? rotate the tires yet to see if it changes?

Check the air pressure. Even though there has been off and on debate, experience has been that anything under about 30 for most all seasons gets kind of funky feeling at speeds over 60. Try airing to 35 all around and see if the ride changes substantially.

Using hubcentric rings?

That's it there mate. Even if the wheels and tyres are balanced you'll still get the shake if the tyre is damaged.
Balance weight have been know to come off too.

Cool, thanks to all .....I'm going to buy new rims and tires n let you know. Need to update anyways !
