DB, how about listing all the info on your truck, like model, engine size, tranny, all mods, pics if ya got'em.......

I have a 97 Ranger xlt supercab w/ stock 4.0 engine
and stock tranny.

Mods include:

6in Skyjacker lift kit
Superlift SuperRunner Steering kit
33x12.5x15 SuperSwamper SSR tires
15x8 Mickey Thompson classic wheels
Polycarbonate(lexan) windshield
Street Scene mesh front grill
Summit Racing alum diff cover w/ bearing support bolts

As you already know, i'm selling (sold) most of these
parts in favor of an 8in straight axle conversion from
Fabritech.
The front end is going to be a Dana 44 and the rear end (8.8) is being modified by Currie, widened 4 inches, change
bolt pattern to 5 on 5.5 and 31 spline axles

As far as pics, I can email you some as I dont have a
webpage with pics.

yeah, sorry about that first post, that was a goof on my part.

Email me at db1_one@yahoo.com and i'll reply with
some pics.

i got the windshield from Percy's High Performance inc.
Their phone # is: 573-346-4409
I got the 3/16 in thick windshield but they do have a
thinner and a thicker one.
There's a couple of downfalls of the windshield though,
for one its not DOT approved but i seriously doubt a cop
will notice theres no DOT markings.
Another thing is is that they send the windshield to you
oversized so you'll have to do some trimming, I trimmed
off about 1/4 around the whole edge to make it fit.
I also painted a 2 in black border to make it look OEM
plus that also hides where you lay down the silicone on
the inside.
I'm not using any molding because you'd have to trim it
perfect, so I filled in any gaps with black silicone and
that looks and works fine.
The windshield isnt cheap, about $400 and if you don't
mind doing all the work to make it fit then its worth the
piece of mind knowing it wont crack.
