'97 rear window fix

I have the four door xlt. The rear window rattles like a freakin cha-cha. How do I tighten it so it doesn't rattle so much?? I know it is that the ] thing doesn't sit tightly into the latch...how do I fix it.

Please help me...I can't take it any more!!!!:fire:

Thank you dogfriend...the link where the guys says wrap some fuzzy sided velcro around the latch really worked well. Thank you very much for looking that up!
