97 XLT heater problem

Wondering if anyone has had a similar problem. On my explorer, the fan will not blow out any hot air. When turning the knob to red, there is no change in temperature. I have checked all fuses that i can find, and the air conditioning works fine along with the blower. Any suggestions.......

Welcome to the site.. Sounds like the common problem affectionally known as the blend door.. Just do a search and you'll come up with tips on how to repair it. It cost more to fix it at the dealer than its worth..
