i have a 97 xlt sohc and i have a cat going bad no money to replace so was wondering if i could cut both out straight pipe it and be ok? ie no o2 sensor issues mpg etc..
fyi no e-check or anything here, the guy at the muffler shop said he does it at least once a day but looking for advice from explorer owners who have done this
