98-01 Third brake light swap question

I thought this idea would be cool although I may be the only one that thinks that, I couldn't find another thread that asked the same question.
Would it be possible for an easy swap of a third brake light from a truck that has the bed light in it that bolts onto the 98-01 explorer? Thought it might be nice to have the lights for hooking up the trailer or more light behind me. Thoughts?

Interesting idea

Couple things to consider. Truck third brake lights are mounted more vertically, so what is it going to take to mount it at a similar angle? How much light will you get at bumper level from the light?
