Does anyone know if the dash lights (including the radio lights) flickering is a coomon issue.

In my 2000 explorer the factory head unit flickers all of the time, it drove my wife nuts and we got a 2nd one under warranty. I'm the only driver now and it doesn't bother me a bit, but yeah it does it for no reason quite a bit. Everything else works fine so I ignore it.

Welcome to this forum! Does it flicker all of the time or just when you have an amplifier running? Did you check the battery terminals, battery, and the alternator?
