98 Explorer to 03 Sport trac interchangeable?

Hi everyone, Long time reader First time poster.
Anyways right to the point, I tried search but..

I have a scrapper 1998 Ford Explorer 4.0
Can I use the Same heads as the ones on my sport trac?
I was thinking on port and polishing the ones on the Scrapper and put them on the sport trac when they are done.
Also is there anything else I should take off the Scrap 1998 Explorer?

Is the 1998 Elplorer a 4.0L OHV or SOHC? Both were available at that time.

The entire suspension/drivetrain is pretty much the same. Torsion bars, knuckles, control arms, CV shafts/joints, differential, brakes, etc. Same rear axles (although the explorer has one extra bracket that isn't needed), shackles. Should be the same transmission and transfer case, etc etc etc. Pretty much the same rig.
