Hello folks! I just picked up this 2wd beauty from the Ford dealership where I work. I'm now the second owner. The lady that bought it new took very good care of it (thank goodness). I can't wait to dig in and "make it mine". For now though, there's front brakes to replace and mismatched tires to deal with. I'm going to research my engine and exhaust mods and the search is on for a different set of wheels.

Wow! I can see that I will spend DAYS just looking through your list of useful threads link!
The oil sections alone are always interesting to me, having owned the dealerships parts truc. It was a '99 Ranger Sport 2.5, 2wd, auto that ended up with 478,025 miles before giving up. The engine always had Motorcraft filters and 5w20 synthetic blend oil. You know that company vehicles have a rough life, haha! I certainly wasn't nice to it as an employee, or as the eventual owner. (I miss that truck.)
