98+ Mountaineer bumper

i am thinking about putting a 98+ mountaineer front bumper on my 98 x. is it a direct bolt up ar do i need new bumper brackets? do the fog lights bolt up in the same place? thanks for any help

yeah the bumper as an assembely will bolt right up and the fog lighs should be close enough that no wire alterations should be needed
