Have read a bunch about fuses / this problem but wondering if someone might have hit on a #1 cause. A couple of weeks back Four fuses went controlling a number of different items. Yesterday #10 alone blew and took with it the overhead lights / compass, both 12 volt auxiliary plugs, stop lights, turn signals, cruise control. The fuse is listed at 7.5 amps which seems small for such a load! Replaced the stop light switch after the first series of fuses blew and figured all was well...WRONG. Have read the flasher might be bad!? The first time the radio went out as well.

Through a process of elimination was able to stop blowing fuses by disconnecting the multi wire connector from the cruise control assembly mounted on the passenger side inner fender well. Would seem if this problem was associated with fluid in the disconnect switch mounted on the brake reservoir the recall fuse would have blown. Any one have an idea where to look for THE problem?
