99 ex, vibrates going uphill or during fast accel.

I have recently noticed that my 99 ex, a vibration or shudder from the transmission / engine area while under a load going uphill, or rapid acceleration on normal driving conditions...My overdrive (off) light flashes after about 15-20 mins of operation in overdrive, BUT, never flashes if I have it in overdrive. yet the vibration is still there, and becoming more prominent as time passes...

First thing I'd check would be the u-joints and slip yolk.
