vibration felt while going uphill ..99 X.

I have recently noticed that my 99 ex, a vibration or shudder from the transmission / engine area while under a load going uphill, or rapid acceleration on normal driving conditions...My overdrive (off) light flashes after about 15-20 mins of operation in overdrive, BUT, never flashes if I have it in overdrive. yet the vibration is still there, and becoming more prominent as time passes...

from what i've gathered from the forum, when the o/d light flashes, it means there is an error code that has been stored, that could tell the mechanic (or anyone who has that little diagnostic computer) what the problem is.

mine kind of shudders changing from 1st to 2nd on level ground (no flashing lights). i'm thinking that it's a bad motor or transmission mount.
