99 explorer with fan that doesn't work

New to the Forum. The position control doesn't cause the air to blow, both regular air & A/C. I checked the fuses--OK. Need help finding the problem.

It could be either the blower motor itself or the blower motor resistor. Both are located on the passenger side firewall, the motor is black and round and it sticks out of the heater box. The motor resistor is just below and to the right of the motor and has a connector with 4 wires on it. If you have a rubber mallet you can try putting the controls on high and tapping on the motor. sometimes if the motor is on it's way out this will get it going. Then you'll know you have to replace it. Here is a diagram to help you trouble shoot.
