99 explorer. Won't start

I have a 99 explorer sport with the 4.0 was reading codes for plugs wires and throttle position sensor. Changed all of that and the ignition coil. Ran great for a day or two and now won't start again. Even with starting fluid. Fuel pump is kicking in. But not sure if it's doing the trick. Any suggestions? Ideas??

Hope you get a repky because im having the same issue... Wife was driving it... It stalled out.. Got it fired back up, got it home, cant get it to fire
