Hi. my '99 Sport 4L SOHC has an intermittent long crank/ no start problem. Static fuel pressure is 40 psi. Sometimes it will fire right up, but most times a series of 15 second bursts is necessary. No codes are present. I only checked pressure at rest. Should I also test while cranking / running? I installed a K&N air intake / filter last year. could this be a factor? Is there a way to test crank / cam sensor? Thank you in advance.
