Hey, new here, and this is my first post.
Just bought a 99 Explorer, and it's got a few issues, that I will be tackling one at a time. The most annoying, is that the the turn signals do not blink when turned on. The obvious would be the flasher relay, but the hazzards do blink, and............... There's a 'sweet spot' when I activate the turn signal lever. It's just before the lever locks into place. If I hold it in this exact spot, the turn signal blinks as it should. Also, when I hold it in the sweet spot for a few seconds, I can push the indicator lever all of the way, and it will continue to blink 5-6 more times.
Any advice would be appreciated.
