99 XLT. Belt squeal.

Hi Everyone
I have a 99 xlt 4.o and I am getting a squeal when I am driving so I just put in a new belt .The old belt looked fine but I changed it anyway , the belt is in alignment and all the pulleys turn free but sometimes when I start the car I still get a squeal. this has never happened before and it just started out of the blue. I really need some of your expert advice.

Maybe your tensioner going bad, or you may have gotten the wrong belt?

I've moved your thread into the stock 95-01 section. One time I had a noise, and replaced the belt with a cheap brand belt. I still had the noise, so I replaced the idler pulleys, and the tensioner, and the noise didn't go away. I sprayed the belt as it was running, and the noise suddenly stopped, then it came back again. The new belt was noisy, and was causing the noise.
