the ol'lady took my 99 5.0 AWD in for an oil change, they topped up the fuilds and told her the air filter was dirty. she drove off and it acted up "would go when she pushed that thingy or whatever" as she pulled out. she said it was acting like it wanted to turn off so she stopped and went walked back to the shop. they pushed it in called me said it wouldn't start probably the fuel filter is clogged (100k). i told them to go a head and change it hoping thats all it was. They called back and said thats its not pumping fuel with the filter off. whats the deal here? she'll be taking it to firestone in the morning, shes out of luck to day...
