wow, there you go...it's starting to look like your own personal vehicle...i like the lights on top and i know you are going to get asked about how you wired them so be prepared and i hope you got pics of the install...what is your little antenna used for??

Answer Tbars...Cell Phone :D

So Defcon whatya do for a lift? spacers, aal or ???
Looks good man:thumbsup:

cyber, there is one on mine just like it with a pl259...radio shack sells them for a c.b. antenna...thats kinda why i asked since i seen he had another magnet mount...;)
...and yes defcon, don't think that you can just put up a pic of your newly lifted x and not give all the info on it, lol...

please dont tell me your going to use that chain around the front guard to pull anything bigger than a powerwheels.

I like the wheels however.

Oh yea right i forgot about those ;) seen em before but have never heard anything good about them tho.

the front is lifted with ford f150 coil seats, the back is lifted with war153 shackles, (thanks to tbars) i still need an alignment by the way... the grile guard is a universal from jc whitney cause i couldnt find any other custom ones for a 91.. the roof lights, i ran the wire along the inside of the roof rack sliding thing... to the back of the truck where it goes along the rim of the back hatch and then along the underside to the front. i took the longway requiring alot more wire, but now the only wire visible is the two inches from the roof rack runner to the inside of the hatch. the smaller antenna is for a car phone that used to be in there, but i ripped it out, since newer technology has allowed something called a cell phone:D :D but the antenna has to be left in there, and the taller one, yes, is for a CB that i threw in there. alls left is to fix the power steering leak, get an alignment and fix or replace a broken air filter box. oh and i want to get tints

...it sounds like you are a happy camper...:D

..i am glad it worked out...i have been asked by 3 other people in the last 24 hrs. about this lift and i believe it is all your fault, lol...so, can you answer some questions as i can direct them to this thread for the current answers???

1) what size tire before/after
2) how much lift did the war-153's give you
3) did the shackles make it ride stiffer
4) so far, how much did this lift cost you...

tires were stock on there before. i think theyre like 28 or 29? idk it was hard to tell cause there was literally no tread left. the tire size i bought after the lift was 31x 10.5's but i could have gone 32's. the tires cost like.. 650 approx. and the rims were about 350. 1k is aveage rim and tire combo cost. the war 153 shackles gave about 1.5 - 2 inches of lift i'd say. but i cant really tell at all if its stiffer. i never really drove it before i lifted it. the shackles were 50$ online. the coil seast were 50$ from the dealership. alltogether i spent 1100$ on a lift and new rims and tires. and im happy with the results.
