A/C blowing problems.

I have a 2003 Ford Explorer XLT, the A/C blows, but not out of the vents like it should, also have somekind of clicking noise coming from the rear drivers side, can someone tell me how to get the a/c to blow from the vents like it should? Wife is getting hot here in Dallas
