A/C drain clogged? Can't clear

As title says... Pooled water at drivers feet, tried typical hangar and blowing out with air... Neither fixes.

Any other suggestions? Really don't want to have to pull the dash. Can I get to from the blower motor? I was thinking maybe try and vacuum out via the blower motor? Or is that just the desperation talkin?

I tried blowing the drain out again today, with no luck

Hope I don't end up having to take the dash out! Anybody have any suggestions?

I just had my blower motor out, trying to work on another issue, I could not reach anything except the blower motor resistor when going threw the hole for the blower motor.

Thanks for the reply! Knew it was a long shot... Gonna try to make an adaptor to blow the drain... I'm thinking that not enough air is getting in.

Well about .25 of electric tape, and I made an attachment to seal off the drain tube... It was not pretty! Anyway, I believe I finally blew it clear.

I think mine is clogged too! Had a wet drivers side carpet back in spring during rainy weather. I'll wait to see the response you get because I could use that info you asked as well.

All tied 3-3 up the east BR! I was shocked to see the Seahawks beat your Pats and my Bills squeaked one out in Arizona. Good luck with the Jets this week!

I don't have wet carpets but foggy windows after using A/C & heat.

Well, if they decided to put it in a more inconvenient place, they'd have their work cut out for them to find it! It is on the drivers side of the transmission... just back from the firewall. it looks like a square piece of rubber maybe like 1/2" by 3/4" by 1.5" sticking out (if I'm way off someone will correct me). I have the 6 cyl, and it is just behind one of the flanges for the exhaust.

If you blow it out, you need to ensure that you can make some sort of adaptor to keep most of the air from blowing back out... so I learned.

Is it the drain tube for the AC, that causes the water to get into the drivers side carpet area or is this water coming from some other drain tube maybe coming down from the roof area? Everyday, I see a small puddle of water on the ground under my EX in the area you describe for this tube, so I'm assuming water is running out properly thru this tube, yet I get water in my drivers side carpet area. I haven't noticed the water so much during this past ultra hot summer, but it shows up more in cooler, damp, spring and fall weather. I also get a fogged or frosted up inner windshield window in the colder weather. I know it usually happens due to something damp inside the vehicle. Thanks for the description on where to find the AC tube and any other info you can give.

I get a foggy or frosted up inner windshield after it sits overnight in the driveway in cooler spring and fall weather. It's a PITA because it takes several minutes of warming up to clear the inner windshield. In winter, I've even had to use a scraper to clear the frost off of the inner windshield, leaving snow flakes on my pristine dash. Once the frost thaws from the defroster hitting it, I have to take a towel and drive off the water droplets from the windshield. It gets old having to do that.

Yep, crap shoot, but I see the Pats winning the division and I'm a little concerned about the Dolphins. They are playing much better than I thought they would.

I agree, the fogging windows are getting old.

Things should sort themselves out in the next couple of weeks.

I've read other places that the foam seal between the drain tube and the firewall goes and leaks by without it being clogged... If that is the case the. You need to seal around it with silicone. Hopefully that's not the case cause then the console has to get pulled... Or the carpet cut

I haven't looked into this yet.
