A/C Floor Vents

I have noticed that while running the a/c with the setting set on just the upper vents, I feel the air coming out through the floor board vents as well still. Does that mean I have a vaccum leak or is it something else? I flipped it to the combo vent setting that has both floor and dashboard and it feels the same. I know something isn't right and was just wondering if someone else ever had this problem and knew what to do to fix it...thanks

I was checking out the same problem on mine yesterday since it also comes out the floor vent some in the back of the center counsel as well as under the dash. And after tearing the everything out it all boils down to a poor vent design. Do what I did and cover the floor vents with duct tape for the summer to increase pressure up top
