I'm having issues with my '02 XLT. The a/c blows out cold on the driver's side, but warm on the passenger side. The R134 level is fine. I'm guessing it's a blend door problem? Wondering if anyone else has had these issues?

Thanks,

Matt

mine did the same thing but the pass was cooler than driver, turns out i was out of freon.

But you say the level is fine, there are many blend doors with the dual climate control, something like 4 motors just for the front vents. One of mine on the left side makes a popping sound still seems to work.

I had it cold on the passenger side, and warm on the drivers side. My pressures were fine too, but after evacuating the system, and recharging with freon, both sides are so cold they'll hurt your hand if you leave it in front of the vent:D
You'll find that air creates pressure as good as freon, but it doesn't cool as well:p:
