A/C Trying to engage when not on...

A/C Trying to engage when not on. My a/c is always trying to engage, The only way to stop it is to unplug the clutch. I bought a new clutch but i cant get it on the compressor right. Any tips would be great. Also do you think it could be the clutch?

check the a/c switch and relay.

what problem do you have getting it on the compressor? Should just have to select the right shim to give you the proper clutch gap.

I cant get the electronic part all the way on the housing.
