a couple questions...

im going to be doing the TT and shakles at the end of the month...im also going to have to get new shocks as well since im past 80k and still on the original shocks...are there any shocks that anyone would reccommend??and what size shock will i need??(will the same size shock that came on it stock suffice?)and last but not least..hehe..if i do my TT at 1.5" will my cv joints wear to the point i will have to replace them anytime soon??

I hate to sound like a broken record, but try to search for info about shocks on this site. Check out ourReview Section too.
 






your cv's will be fine. just dont go over 2". A normal stock sized shock will suit your needs. pro comp es 1000 or 3000's or rachoes. Just make sure you tell them you have an explorer so they send the correct shocks for the front.Don't forget you have "fifth shock" which acts as a stabilizer shock. Some guys removed theres with no differenece in handling while others had a violent shake.

Rick...i have for the past couple weeks...i just wasnt able to find what size shock you would need for a X with a TT and shackle... :D just wanna make sure i dont buy the wrong size since i dont know squat about the mechanical workings of automobiles...
