A Little Help pls

Hi everyone,
I just purchased a 98 Explorer Sport and was wondering if there is anyway to tell if the tt has already been done? Anyone know the measurement from ground to wheel fender on a stock sport?

Usually hard to tell. I say check the torsion bar adjustment bolts. After my TT my driver side bolt was almost all the way in. Passenger was a little bit further out.
