The rear hatch window is removed by unbolting the hinge studs. They are up under the trim piece on the hatch. There are clips holding the plastic down that just pop off. There will be a large rubber plug over where the bolts are. The little clips on the shocks must be popped off as well, a small screwdriver works well.
