A4LD band adjustment turns?

94 EB 304k and counting
When it says to turn it back 2 turns is that 2 complete bolt rotations? I'm confused and just want to make sure I don't mess anything up.
 












Hold the lock nut when you adjust the bolt, then lock it into place.
