I am taking it to a shop around my house and have them diagnose the problems and start on the rebuild of my old A4LD following the rebuild diary.
I may not be able to do all the improvments and bullet proofing but...I will hopefully have a solid and running trans to put in when this one dies.
It is going to cost $75.00 just to have them look at it.
I will let you know what they have to say. Last time I took it to a major chain tranny shop down here they unplugged my 3-4 shift and left it and loosened the pan bolts enough to get a leak going. I DO NOT TRUST SHOPS!!!
